What do you do?

​

I am a recent graduate of the University of Iowa with a BFA in 3D Design and a business minor. The 3D Design program is a multidisciplinary curriculum focused on product, furniture, and interior design, which has given me a strong foundation across design disciplines and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in new areas.

​

I currently work at HNI Workplace Furnishings as a Design Development Specialist on the HBF and HBF Textiles team, supporting new product launches through material and color development, visualization through spatial planning, and printed collateral that represents the brand. This development program has allowed me to see the full cycle of a furniture launch, from research and design, to product launch, to specifying, and finally seeing the space once it is installed.

Where have I seen your Work?

 

My work focuses on applied interior and workplace design. At HNI, I have completed over 100 dealer assigned projects installed across the country, including doctors offices, corporate offices, and classrooms. I also redesigned the first floor of the HON headquarters in Muscatine, Iowa, which was installed in January 2025 and is now part of visitor tours.

 

My work has been exhibited at IDS Toronto, the Dubuque Museum of Art, the University of Iowa’s 44th Annual Staff Art Show, and the 3D Design Exhibition.

What are your technical skills?
 

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, CET Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, prototyping, and 3D printing.
