I was instructed to design a bus stop that would be placed directly across from University of Iowa's Art Building West. I drew inspiration from the building's architecture being sure to include some key components to my work. I stole the rusty-red color from the building, and tried to make it more textured by using a bitmap for the material as opposed to the pre-loaded ones in 3dsMax. The biggest thing I wanted to capture was the fact that this building is very geometric, while at the same time having organic features. I showed the curves and sharp edges within the building by including the curved frosted glass to shield the passengers from the wind.
